SUMMARY

GR Korea is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant for our office in Seoul (Yeongdeungpo-gu) to support the Director who is responsible for managing GR Korea.

 

The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to managing calendars, drafting internal and external correspondence, and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to the Director.

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent spoken and written Korean and English are essential
  • Five+ years’ experience in supporting a senior level executive/team
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping to agreed upon deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organisation
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High tolerance for ambiguity
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Driver’s license is preferred
  • Able to travel overseas without any restrictions

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with the Director to support all aspects of her daily work routine
  • Assist the Director with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks, including managing an active and complex calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; booking venues for meetings; arranging transportation, flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries; and creating briefing materials and documents for meetings
  • Oversee and manage the Director’s communication logs, including approvals, memos, and letters.  Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the Director as and when necessary
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Director in a timely manner
  • Present information requested by the Director in easily readable PowerPoint slides, Excel, and/or Word
  • Organise and assist with in-house and external events

 

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
